Overview:
The plan cost management is the process that establishes the policies, procedures, and
documentation for planning, managing, expending and controlling project cost. The plan
schedule management is the process that provides the guidance and direction on how the
project schedule will be managed throughout the project.
For this assignment, select a project of your choice. Please bear in mind that the selected
project will be the project that you will be working on throughout the course, so select a project
that you like or have interest in.
Instructions:
For the selected project, identify two inputs and two tools for the development of the schedule
plan and explain their relevance to the schedule and cost plan.
Write a paper explaining your project cost and schedule to include an explanation of the cost &
schedule inputs and tools.
Requirements:
• Please follow APA guidelines (proper margins, double-spaced, Times New Roman font,
12-point font).
• Use APA citation format and include a reference/works cited page when necessary.
• Writing should be clear, concise, and well organized. Thoughts should be expressed in
a logical manner.
• The writing should be free of spelling, grammar errors with excellent sentence /
paragraph construction.
• Include a cover page that includes your name, assignment title, the course and date.
• The paper should be 4 pages maximum in length including cover page and reference
page/work cited page.
