Use the content of the 3 videos as well as the short research papers to arrive at what makes a company successful in leading and motivating Cross Cultural Teams. Find a specific company (other then the ones discussed in this weeks research) and tell us what they did, how they did it and everything else you want to tell us. It should be a minimum of 3 pages. Many of the research papers I have used for this course and other courses comes from the Lasell Research sight, this is a great source for you to use.
